In-Office Appointment Request Form

The Assessor’s Office is now open to the public. Although our doors are now open, our staff continues to provide service via telephone from 9:00AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday. Click here for our Contact Page with a list of phone numbers.  There is a document drop box in the lobby of 1221 Oak Street if you need to drop off documents for our staff, which is checked daily. 

If you have an urgent matter that requires an in-person meeting with our staff, please fill out the form below. We strongly recommend calling our office or emailing us at AssessorWebResponse@acgov.org before considering filling out the form below for an in-person appointment, as our staff continue to be ready to assist you in a timely manner.
